Seminar dates are now on the dojo schedule. Next seminar is the weekend of April 20/21.

Kinokawa has four seminars each year. They are on the weekend of the 3rd Saturday in January, April, July and October.

Testing dates are now listed on the schedule. They’re scheduled every 8 weeks, alternating between Mondays and Thursdays.

Today the city of Allentown granted our occupancy permit. We are now officially open for business!

The other groups (yoga, karate, BJJ) will make their own announcements about their first classes.

Inspection went well this morning! They gave us a short list of things to change — nothing major. We will wrap this stuff up this week and will announce our opening date ASAP.

It will take us a few days to finish these items up, at which point we will only need to call one of the inspectors back. That is to say, we do NOT have to go through the slow process of scheduling another full inspection.

How’s it look? Outside is ready, and inside is finally ready! Our final inspection is Monday the 28th. Presuming there are no surprises during the inspection, we will finally open next week!
