Please join us Saturday, October 14th at Steel Fitness Premier’s Fit Fest Open House.  The Lehigh Valley dojo will be demonstrating from 10:20am to 11:00am in Studio 1 and from 11:30am to 12:30pm in Studio 2.  If you would like to help, participate in the demo or have any questions please contact us.
